IWD | Women on Boards: Inspire Inclusion

Women can bring diverse perspectives and impact in the boardroom. But how does one get there?
As event facilitator, the target audience for this event were primarily governance professionals aiming for board roles. Moderated by a colleague, she posed some important questions to an expert in the recruitment field. During the session, we examined the conditions and personal mindset to reach the boardroom, as well as environment, organisational culture, and the psychological angle. This event was joined by women keen to explore self-development options, open for clear actions on their journey to a board career, interested in the psychological, cultural and recruitment aspects of the topic.
