As the workshop leader and facilitator, my target audience were governance professionals keen to understand the preparatory work for materiality assessments. The workshop was designed to support those instigating internal conversations across the business. Using AI as an example, through this governance-strategising exercise participants examined how to ensure a due processes, integration of AI-topics into planning, strategy, operations and decision-making.
